Born in the northeastern part of Italy, with a passion for discovery and travel for ongoing professional development, her acumen is continuously evolving. Broad experience in interior and product design, with a philosophy of natural materials, light, and that come together in simple yet elegant forms, leading to harmoniously balanced designs.
Received her degree in 2005 from the Faculty of Architecture in Venice (IUAV), followed by a degree of specialization in Industrial Product Design CLASDIP, (IUAV). While studying networked extensively with major industry players in Italy and abroad, including; Michele de Lucchi, Alberto Meda, Aldo Cibic, Marc Sadler, Angela Vattese, Paola Navone, Deins Santachiara and Tomas Maldonado…to name a few.
2005 recipient of the Dyson Design Award (Publication category of website www.federicanovelli.it ), in collaboration with designer artist Silke de Vivo.
Between 2005 and 2008 collaborated with various design, product design and interiors firms including; Gervasoni SPA, ITF design, Interniceramiche SRL, magie Interior SRL, and others.
2008 founded f9 Design Studio, specializing in interiors and industrial design in the private and commercial industry; collaborating with various other professional organizations in the development of high-end projects (refer to the ‘Projects’ and ‘Partners’ section of the website www.federicanovelli.it ).
